Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?

We no longer combine shipping on multiple orders. Due to the high order volume & the increasing shipping rates, it's hard to keep track. If we do happen to see multiple orders come through, we may still combine & refund but it is not guaranteed. 

 

What is the turn around time?

We pride ourself in shipping your items out quickly. Our turn around time is 1-5 business days which does not include holidays or weekends. Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks.

 

Are all your products handmade?

All of our bows & clips are handmade personally by me. All of our clothing items come from high quality vendors.

 

How often do you have launches/restocks?

We typically have launches every two weeks. Our launches fall on Fridays at 5 pm PST. You can stay updated in our facebook group, Sparkling New Baby VIP.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders for bows & clips. Please email sparklingnewbaby@gmail.com so we can discuss. 

 

What if I have an issue with my order?
